Practice Non Attachment 

Attachment is the root cause of all relationship related sufferings in the world specially when you are attached to people in your life and if they do not behave the certain way you prefer them to ..it end s up frustrating you and leaving you in pain.


With attachments comes expectations and expectations when unfulfilled gives pain misery and feeling of hopelessness it is not easy to be non attached to things places and people around you however what I am saying is just understand one basic thing - everything around you is temporary it will go away someday or the other. The minute you start thinking from this angle it will help you to remain unattached however you can stay in communication and maintain good connection with everything in your life but getting too emotional about them will leave you in pain some day or the other.


When it comes to practicing non attachment you must learn the art of how to avoid those thoughts which are are causing attachment or possessiveness. This is easy you need to divert your mind and attention to the thoughts which you notice are are making you think or get too emotional about people in your life.
